At Wemoto Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
